PVD coating method with adjustable color of target film
1. The product to be plated is introduced into the coating chamber with metal target, and the pumping vacuum and heating device are started to heat the substrate, so that the background vacuum reaches 1 × 10-3pa After reaching the process temperature of 80-150 ℃, 10-1000sccm argon gas is injected into the chamber, and the sputtering power is started. The sputtering power is set at 1-15kw and the coating time is 10-300s. The metal film thickness is 1-100nm. The metal film is copper (Cu), silver (Ag), aluminum (AL), chromium (CR), or nickel copper (NICU), nickel chromium (NiCr) alloy coating;
2. The low refractive index film is plated. The product coated with the metal film is transferred into the target coating chamber which can form the low refractive index film. The process temperature is 80-150 ℃. The process gas is introduced into the chamber. The sputtering power is 1-15kw and the coating time is 1-300s. The low refractive index film with the thickness of 1-100nm is obtained. The low refractive index film is silicon oxide, silicon nitride and other films;
3. After plating high refractive index film, the product coated with low refractive index film is transferred into the target coating chamber with high refractive index film, heated to 80-150 ℃ process temperature, the process gas is introduced into the chamber, the sputtering power is 1-15kw, the coating time is 1-300s, and the thickness of high refractive index film is 1-100nm. The high refractive index film is titanium oxide, titanium nitride and oxidation Zirconium, zirconium nitride, niobium oxide, niobium nitride, zinc oxide, indium oxide, alumina, iron oxide, chromium oxide, chromium nitride, etc. the process gas of the high and low refraction film is at least one of AR, N2 and O2, wherein the flow rate of AR, N2 and O2 is 10-1000sccm, 10-1000sccm and 10-1000sccm respectively;
4. Repeat step 2 and step 3 for several times to get different color films. Repeat step 2 and step 3 for 1-100 times.
